GymTimer Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 October 2026
GymTimer is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add to it for the subscription and AI features. If they conflict, these terms apply between you and [OPERATOR NAME].
GymTimer Pro
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly), billed by Apple to your Apple ID.
- The yearly plan may start with a free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it becomes a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings or from Settings → Manage subscription in the app.
- Refunds are handled by Apple.
AI credits
- Free users get 3 AI credits in total. Pro includes 100 credits per month (15 during the yearly plan's free trial) and up to 15 per day. Larger tasks, such as a weekly plan or a week of meals, use more than one credit; the app shows the cost before you send a request.
- Unused credits don't carry over and have no cash value. We may limit or pause AI features to prevent abuse or when our providers are unavailable.
AI results are suggestions, not medical advice
Workouts and meal plans are generated by an AI model from the information you give. They can be wrong or unsuitable for you. They are not medical, nutritional or physiotherapy advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new training or diet plan, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition or are pregnant, and stop if something hurts. You use AI suggestions at your own risk.
Acceptable use
Don't use the AI features to generate content unrelated to your training, try to get around credit limits, or interfere with the service. We may suspend AI access for accounts that do.
